High Efficiency Extended Surface Accumulair Rigid Cell Filter
Accumulair Rigid Cell rigid filters are designed to provide consistent high
efficiency filtration in variable air volume systems and turbulent air.
Deep pleats are held firmly in place with plastic separators and extended
metal backing. Every edge of the media pack is glued inside the periphery
of the frame to prevent air and dust bypass.
The media and separators are 100% polypropylene to resist moisture damage,
microbial growth, and puncture damage. Heavy gauge galvanized enclosure frame
resists corrosion and maintains its structural integrity for extended months of
service. Accumulair Rigid Cell's are excellent replacement filters for ASHRAE
style metal separator filters and for mini pleat V cells. When indoor air quality
or protection of processes is critical, Accumulair Rigid Cell rigid filters provide
high efficiency, even in difficult operating conditions. Designed for variable velocity
and turbulent air, Accumulair Rigid Cells can be used in existing and new air handler
installations. The following features make the Accumulair Rigid Cell the premier rigid
filter on the market.

Contruction:
Accumulair Rigid filters are constructed of synthetic or glass media that offers low resistance to air flow and
excellent dust holding capacity, which are laminated to an expanded metal backing. Precise pleat spacing
is achieved by utilizing molded plastic pleat stabilizers located on the upstream and downstream side of the
media pack. The pack is bonded to the inside casing of a 26 gauge metal frame and sealed to prevent
contaminated air bypass. Metal diagonal support braces are attached to the air-entering and air-exiting
sides of the frame to strengthen the enclosure and enhance overall durability. Accumulair Rigid filters are
available in standard box-style or single header frame construction.
Application:
Accumulair Rigid filters are commonly used in industrial and commercial facilities such as: hospitals,
manufacturing plants, schools, office buildings and government agencies. Accumulair Rigid filters can be
installed in existing filter systems such as side access or built-up bank systems where space will allow 6" or
12" filter depths.

High Efficiency Accumulair Multi-Pocket Bag Filters
Filters-Now filters are the most economical solution for high efficiency air filtration. We offer ASHRAE
efficiencies 45%, 65%, 85% and 95% in four standard face dimensions and six standard pocket lengths up
to 36". We also offer Bag Filters with Oil Mist collection media. This allows maximum flexibility to
tailor per application. Non-standard sizes are also available.

Construction:
Accumulair Bag filters are constructed of a unique and proprietary blend and process method of fiber
structure. The Tribo-Electric media consists of four different layers of non-woven media to create an advance
gradient structure. It's advanced gradient design allows for high dust loading capacity and better flow of air
at a low resistance. All Accumulair bag filters are 100% ultrasonically sealed to provide air tight and high
bursting strength pockets. High strength spun bond non-woven spacers are continuously welded inside the
pockets to mitigate over inflation. The ultrasonically sealed pockets are positioned around pocket support
frames (J-channels) and secured by metal V strips to ensure product integrity under all operating conditions.
Enclosed in a 26 gauge galvanized steel frame, the filters are individually packaged in a poly bag.

This is the same - carbon impregnated media used in our Odor Block™ Pleated Filters.

3.5 ounces - per square yard with 150% add-on carbon. That's 10.44 grams of finely powered carbon per square foot.

Fine carbon - provides millions of crevices to quickly absorb odor molecules. This carbon powder is very evenly distributed throughout the lofted polyester media which assures a better capture percentage on the first pass.

High Durability Polyester Media Pads and Rolls
Filters-Now Polyester Medias are offered in an array of fiber blends, tackifiers,
and binders to meet specific HVAC and Paint Filtration needs. We cut to size in pads
for holding frames or rolls for "hook and roll" installation.

1" Paint Arrestor Media - We blend very large fibers on the air entry side of the media with small fibers on the air exit side. This gradient density affords excellent paint loading and efficiency for long service life, minimal pressure drop and protection of the surrounding environment and equipment.

2" Tackified Media - We blend course fibers on the air entry side of the media with very fine fibers on the air exit side. This provides a "roughing" layer for high efficiency. A non-migrating tackifier is applied to the air exit side to prevent dust from shaking loose.

1" and 1/2" Tackified Media - We blend small and medium size fibers with a non-migrating tackifier applied to the exit side. These medias work well in typical HVAC dust applications.

1/2" Dry Media - It is made from a blend of small and medium size fibers and is an economical solution to many light dust loading applications.

Series 153 1" - Series 153 is MERV 8 2-Ply 1" 100% 6/15 graduated density denier blend. A dry open web is on the air entering side serving as a 1st stage pre-filter catching larger particles. Smaller particles are caught by the 2nd ply of finer denier fibers.
This filter is designed for use in commercial and industrial applications requiring higher level of performance. Also used extensively in paint booths and in typical HVAC applications and as a pre-filter to high efficiency filters. The Series 153 Ring Panels and Links provide economical answers for the medium efficiency filtration problems of today.

Series 154 1-1/2" - Series 154 is MERV 8 3-Ply 6/15/40 denier synthetic premium grade media. A dry open web is on the air entering side serving as a 1st stage pre-filter catching larger particles. Smaller particles are caught by the 2nd ply of finer denier fibers, which is treated with a non-migrating encapsulating tackifier on the inner layer ensures positive dust holding capacity. Dry tightly woven exiting layer encloses tackifier and prevents any bypass or fiber break off.
This filter is designed for use in commercial and industrial applications requiring higher level of performance. Also used extensively in paint booths and in typical HVAC applications and as a pre-filter to high efficiency filters. The Series 154 Ring Panels and Links are treated with an aggressive tackifier which is sticky to the touch but will not transfer to hands, clothing or coils.
