I made the decision to install a water filtration system in my home for several reasons. First and foremost I did not like the smell and taste of my current water supply. This problem also appeared in the taste of my food and coffee. Even my dogs would not drink the water!

1 Vidalia onion, diced
2 Plum tomatoes, diced
1 Bunch fresh cilantro, chopped

Fresh Fruit Salsa
1 cup strawberries, coarsely chopped
1 cup papaya, finely chopped
1 medium banana, finely diced
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons raspberry vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
Dash of cayenne pepper
In a saucepan over medium heat, mix together honey, lime juice, vinegar and cayenne pepper. Heat and stir until honey is dissolved. Set aside to cool. In a medium bowl, gently toss together strawberries, papaya and bananas with cooled honey mixture. Serve with cinnamon chips.

3 packages of Instant Vanilla Pudding
5 Cups of Milk
8 oz. carton of Sour Cream
1 (13 oz.) Carton of Cool Whip

Ingredients
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast
6 eggs
2 to 3 stalks of celery
1 cup of almonds or pecans
2 cups of grapes
1 to 2 cups of mayonnaise
1 large can of mandarin oranges
Directions
Boil chicken breast with salt until done, 15-20 minutes. Boil eggs until done, 15-17 minutes and chop. Chop stalks of celery, nuts and grapes. Combine all the previous ingredients.
