Delicious Chicken Salad Recipe


4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast

6 eggs

2 to 3 stalks of celery

1 cup of almonds or pecans

2 cups of grapes

1 to 2 cups of mayonnaise

1 large can of mandarin oranges



Boil chicken breast with salt until done, 15-20 minutes. Boil eggs until done, 15-17 minutes and chop. Chop stalks of celery, nuts and grapes. Combine all the previous ingredients. Add mayonnaise, determined by how moist you want it. Before you serve the salad you fold in the mandarin oranges drained. Serve with crackers or croissants
