10 Avocados, peeled and pitted
1 Vidalia onion, diced
2 Plum tomatoes, diced
1 Bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1-4 Jalapenos, chopped (optional )
2 tbsp. chopped garlic
2 tbsp. cumin
2 tbsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. Lowery Seasoning
Sea Salt (dash)
Pepper (dash)
1 Lime, juiced
1 tsp. Mayo
In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, salt and pepper. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapenos and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper, cumin, lowery’s seasoning and mayonnaise. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
