Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling charges, as noted on the top of each product page, will be added to your order. Delivery method will be via FedEx, FedEx SmartPost or USPS determined by size and weight of your package(s). Air Filters-Now will make every attempt to ship your product the most economical way that is available to us. Shipping prices are applicable to physical addresses in the 48 contiguous United States only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Please call (do not email) to change ship-to information on an order.

Non-Contiguous United States orders shipping to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO and all other US territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. These orders will incur additional freight charges. Shipping cost in these areas will not be shown at the time of checkout. You will receive an email within 48 hours after placing the order with the freight cost. Only after you confirm the additional freight cost will you be charged and your order processed and shipped. If a package is refused please be advised that we cannot refund the original shipping charge or the cost to bring the shipment back to AirFilters.com.

All international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. These orders will incur additional freight charges. Shipping cost in these areas will not be shown at the time of checkout. You will receive an email within 48 hours after placing the order with the freight cost. Only after you confirm the additional freight cost will you be charged and your order processed and shipped. It is the responsibility of you, the customer to cover any duties, taxes, GST, brokerage fee, disbursement fee, etc. should they apply. If a package is refused please be advised that we cannot refund the original shipping charge or the cost to bring the shipment back to AirFilters.com.

Only after you confirm the additional freight cost will you be charged and your order processed and shipped.

*Free Shipping only applies to orders that are being shipped within the contiguous United States and excludes FOB items.

Shipping Times: Unless otherwise noted on our website, all orders are shipped (i.e. leave our facility) within 24 hours of order placement. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. CST will be considered "placed" on the following business day. Normal transit time is 2 to 7 business days within the contiguous United States.

Filters-Now attempts to ship all orders as soon as possible. As a result, any recently placed orders may already have been shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after they have shipped. It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to return any accidental or wrongly placed orders.

Shipping Changes: Filters-Now is not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides. So if you enter an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name etc.) and your package is lost, Filters-Now is NOT responsible.

If you enter your address incorrectly on the website and need it re-routed by FedEx to the correct address, you will be charged an additional $12.00 (minimum) per box to cover the costs. Only orders shipped FedEx Ground can be re-routed.

If you contact us by phone after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been shipped, we may not be able to make modifications to your shipment. If your order is lost or delivered to the incorrect address, we again are not responsible.
