2400 Box Type Replacement Instructions
| STEP 1 |
TO REMOVE GRILL ASSEMBLY
| A. | Turn off blower. |
| B. | Remove access door. |
| C. | Slide out inner assembly. |

| STEP 2 |
TO REMOVE OLD MEDIA
| A. | Lay the filter on a flat surface with the dirty side facing down. |
| B. | Remove pleat spacers from black holding brackets. A flat head screwdriver may be used to gently pry the spacer from the bracket. You can also lift and tilt the spacer from the bracket to remove it. |
| C. | Flip up black holding brackets. |
| D. | Lift cardboard flaps clear. Compress media and remove. Discard properly. |

| STEP 3 |
TO INSTALL THE NEW FILTER
| A. | Remove the protective plastic from the new filter. |
| B. | Place the new filter in the frame with the air flow arrow pointing up(in same direction as the frame). |
| C. | Hook the four corner latches.. |
|
| STEP 4 |
TO REPLACE INNER ASSEMBLY INTO HOUSING
| A. | Slide inner assembly into outer housing. |
| B. | Replace access door. |
| C. | Turn on furnace blower. |
